The 3rd Annual Conference of Pan African Competitiveness Forum - PACF2011
"Innovative Clusters: Accelerating African Economic Development and Enhancing Competitiveness"

The Third Annual Conference of PACF is aimed at setting the African Continent onto the path of growth by bringing together all the actors in the PACF's mission to deliberately consolidate the concept of cluster based competitiveness and innovation, and find ways of how Innovative Cluster Initiatives can act as tools for African Economic Development. The content of the conference will include knowledge exchange, competence building and experience sharing.


The conference will facilitate a wide range of discussions and activities as follows:

  • provide a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience in enhancing competitiveness of enterprises;
  • assess impact of Innovative Cluster Initiatives as tools for African Economic Development;
  • appraise progress made since the Second annual conference of the Pan-African Competitiveness Forum (PACF) held at Elmina Beach Resort, Ghana, 15th - 17th February 2010


The registration fees

  • Early-bird fee (before 01/11/2010) - USD 200.00 for PACF2011 and USD 300.00 to attend both the PACF2011 and the AET2011
  • Late fee (after 01/11/2011) - USD 250.00 for PACF2011 and USD 350.00 to attend both the PACF2011 and the AET2011

This will cover part of the cost of PACF2011 conference proceedings, the welcome reception and lunches for three days of the conference. Early registration is encouraged.
