The workshop is designed to meet the needs of public program managers; technical bodies of public institutions designing policies oriented to enhance regional development and improve competitiveness; members of business associations or NGOs oriented to private sector development; consultants or professionals involved in cluster development processes, production chains or regions, and all those interested in acquiring a solid background in promoting competitive improvement processes based on clusters and production chains.
