The mission of association is to establish the most progressive education models in educational institutions in order to develop the new scientists’ generation. These models should be based upon the technological and methodological management experience of business companies. The members of association (education institutions and business companies) are united by the unanimous goal – to create particular product – generation of modernly educated specialists. Planned cluster results: - installing business management systems in educational institutions - installing strategic management systems in educational institutions - creating adapted strategic management methodologies in educational institutions - creating adapted business process automation and optimization methodologies in educational institutions - increase the level of process maturity growth in companies that use created methodologies, etc. In research area NGSBC focuses on the efficiency development in the use of information technologies. As it unites a sufficient number of companies and organizations to form “a critical mass of knowledge”, and the competence of the companies allows their management methodologies to be approximated to EU level, therefore, NGSBC could contribute to any project by information technologies’ development activities.
