11CLAC "Leadership for innovation and competitiveness in Latin America"

The competitiveness of the territory today faces great challenges, the interrelationship of the actors at the local level requires not only the relationship but also joint collaboration between the social capital that is developed in a region and government agents. In this sense, we require today, more than ever, dialogue tools and collaborative public-private and academics to speed up local production processes, through innovation and technological development.
