At TCI, we believe clusters are more than engines of growth; they are platforms for purposeful collaboration and shared value.

The MOC Asia-Pacific Summer Conference in Ulaanbaatar embodied this mission, bringing together professionals, researchers, and practitioners to transform research into action, bridge skills gaps, and build resilience across the region.

As we explored how clusters can drive innovation and shared value in a rapidly changing world, we also reflected on how knowledge becomes actionable. Research is most effective when translated into strategy, policy, and practical application. That is why the TCI Network values connecting academics with practitioners, ensuring evidence leads to action grounded in real insight.

With inspiring keynotes, an engaging cluster mapping workshop, and an unforgettable technical visit to Gorkhi-Terelj National Park, this conference became a starting point for stronger cooperation across the Asia-Pacific region.

Programs, papers, and presentations will be available at ei.num.edu.mn

Thank you to the Economic Institute of the National University of Mongolia for hosting us, to the TCI Asia Chapter for co-hosting, and to every participant who contributed to this living network.

Let’s keep turning research into impact together.
