Many European regions and countries have worked intensively developing their cluster policies. With the growing support from cluster strategies and policies many European clusters have flourished and developed to advanced levels. Today, strong European clusters are frontrunners on innovation, globalization, sustainability, upskilling, upscaling and business support. The TCI Policy Workshop digs deeper to understand how policy frameworks have helped with this development and how to strengthen cluster policies looking ahead.

The TCI Policy Workshop will have a co-creating format filled with interesting presentations, open discussions on policy models including regional contributions like the Basque cluster trajectory. The ambition with the workshop is to summarize core learnings to a tool on cluster policy development to share with our global TCI community.
