Nicola is an experienced Strategic Management & Innovation Ecosystems Consultant/Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working across many sectors - including ICT, natural resource management, education, and agrifood. She is highly skilled in Clustering, Smart Specialisation, Social Impact, Business Competitiveness, Systems Thinking, Governance, Capacity Building and Strategic/Collaborative Leadership. Nicola's extensive global experience is matched with a strong focus on 'acting locally'. She was the founding CEO of one of Australia's most successful and enduing food clusters - East Gippsland Food Cluster, now known as Food & FIbre Gippsland.
