Educated in Ireland and the US, David is a Chartered Energy Engineer and Chartered Environmentalist with over thirty years leadership delivering low-carbon growth, market intelligence and sustainability strategies across Northern Ireland and international markets, including five years as the Carbon Trust’s NI Programme Manager. In addition to a wide ranging knowledge of the energy and sustainability landscapes in the UK and Ireland, his areas of specialist knowledge and expertise include; leading flagship green-economy programmes, energy policy and strategy, metering monitoring and targeting, renewable energy technology deployment and sustainable solutions development for a wide range of public and private sector organisations.
