On Wednesday 22 March, we shared with more than 30 participants the second TCI Global Webinar in 2023 "How to accelerate cluster growth? Testing our new TCI Accelerator Program".
As planned, we introduced and tested our initial ideas for this brand new TCI initiative targeted at cluster leaders who are seeking growth, navigating change and pursuing transitions for their clusters. This program seeks to offer mentoring and interaction among peers from the TCI Network through group discussions designed to help accelerate cluster performance and to build authentic new relationships.
During the session, we asked our community for feedback that helped us to fine-tune the definition of the program taking into account the cluster managers’ real needs.
We listened Genoveva Christova from the Bulgarian Furniture Cluster and John Hobbs from MTU Ireland & TCI Board of Directors, who presented the objectives and main dates planned for the TCI Cluster Accelerator Program.

About TCI Global Webinars
Since 2019, the TCI Global Webinars are online discussions with experts from the TCI Network where we learn together in an open way on key topics that we identify of interest for the TCI members, as we get exposure to other experiences and understand what worked and what didn´t work so well in real life.
We will organise 3 global webinars in 2023, each webinar lasts 90 min and features 2-3 cluster cases, followed by a joint discussion. The TCI Global Webinars are open to all the TCI global community and free for TCI members. The fee for non-members is 20 euros.
