All services indicate the sale price in Euros and do not include Value Added Tax (VAT).

If any other tax were applicable, this would be indicated (IGIC or IPSI).

Expenses and provision of services

TCI NETWORK performs partner services worldwide.

The duration of the TCI NETWORK member service runs from January 1 to December 31.

The renewal of the service is carried out annually and is renewed at the beginning of the year.

Payment methods and service execution

The client may pay the amount of their service by choosing any of the following ways. During the purchase process, you must indicate your choice:

- VISA or MASTERCARD credit card

All operations involving the transmission of personal or bank data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.

Likewise, the data on your credit card are entered directly on the bank's page, at the POS (Bank Point of Sale Terminal) and are not entered or registered on any TCI NETWORK server.

When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA card or MASTERCARD, offering, in this way, more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

This form of payment is valid only on the web.

When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, its holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such case, the corresponding debit and reimbursement entries in the supplier and owner accounts will be made as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for return was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, would have unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, it will remain liable to TCI NETWORK for compensation for damages caused as a result of said cancellation. 

- Wire transfer 

When you select the bank transfer, you will receive the confirmation by email with the bank details of TCI NETWORK. It is very important that when making the transfer, indicate the reference number in the subject, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the confirmation date in order to validate it. If you wish, you can send us the proof of the transfer by email data@tci-network.org. But in any case, the validation of the service will not be considered effective until our administration department has no bank confirmation of the transfer. Remind you that the payment has to be made in EUROS and that all possible exchange and bank fees are on your account. In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer, you always inform your bank of the commissions at source, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your entity. Otherwise, TCI NETWORK could paralyze the contracted service by not receiving the full amount thereof. Possible exchange and bank fees are borne by the customer. 

- PayPal

 

It allows sending payments on the Internet safely and comfortably. PayPal's network builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global real-time payment solution. PayPal offers a service specially designed for those who are not satisfied with traditional payment mechanisms.

The availability of services offered by TCI NETWORK may vary depending on the service. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, TCI NETWORK will notify the client, by email, at the moment it becomes aware of this situation. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum period of 30 days, TCI NETWORK may give the double option of: offering the customer, without a price increase, a service of similar characteristics or of superior quality, or except for justifiable and demonstrable reasons by TCI NETWORK within this same period to pay the amounts paid for the canceled service.

 

Cancellation of the service.

Membership fees paid are not refunded. If you wish to cancel your TCI membership for the following year, please send a written cancellation notice to data@tci-network.org no later than December 31.

Right of withdrawal, refund of payment and claims.

The client will have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the contract is concluded, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons. The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be carried out by notification by telephone communication to 933094834, by sending an email to data@tci-network.org, sending your letter to our postal address PASSEIG DE GRACIA 129 08008, BARCELONA, or using the form of withdrawal. In accordance with the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal. If the client requests that the provision of the service begin during the withdrawal period, he will be obliged to pay the amount proportional to the part of the service provided at the time he has communicated his withdrawal, in relation to the object of the contract.

Payment refund 

The reimbursement of the amounts received by the customer will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer, as long as the contrary has not been provided. TCI NETWORK will pay the amounts paid by the customer within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal.

Jurisdiction 

Likewise, TCI NETWORK reserves the right to file civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for the breach of these conditions.
