2018 is set to be a busy year for the TCI cluster evaluation working group. Following last year’s workshop in Oslo and a session at the global conference in Bogota, Madeline Smith, Emily Wise and James Wilson met at Orkestra in San Sebastian in February to plan forthcoming activities and work on refining some of the outputs from the ongoing activities of the working group.

The TCI Cluster Evaluation Working Group met in Oslo on 7-8 September (started at 12:00 on Day 1, concluded at 13:00 on Day 2), hosted by Innovation Norway ,with 18 participants that shared their experience on cluster programme evaluation.
